The narrowed filament of a crocodile's iris
Blinks once in fulfilment as a Saturnal cornea

Reveals a consciousness issuing forth documenting and cataloging everything
there is to see in this world shared with ourselves remaining in time side by side we live and we die ourselves growing older with the crocodiles by our sides  dreaming along the river Nile in perpetuity renewed in the blinking of an eye
